Leave it blank and the report is anonymous. With an address we write back — but Ferrow is pre-1.0 and small, so a reply takes as long as it takes a person to get to it, usually a day or two and longer at a weekend. No queue reads this on a timer.

What this sends: your rating, your description, the screenshot if you attach one, your email if you type one, the address of the page you are on, and your browser's user-agent string. Nothing else. No cookie is set and your IP is not stored. This is the one thing on this page that leaves your machine — it goes to Ferrow through the local server you started, which forwards it and nothing else. Your notes are not attached.
